Samsung GT-i9020T Comming Soon

The yet-to-be-announced Samsung GT-i9020T, a.k.a. Nexus S, has resurfaced at the Federal Communications Commissions following a leak of images last week for certification with a new wireless antenna.

According to tech news site Engadget, the smartphone has again been submitted to the FCC for certification, this time with new Bluetooth and Wi-Fi antennas and a GPS sensor.

The device, which is expected to run on Google's Android 2.3
operating system, will come with ARM7 dual-core processor with 328 MB RAM, 2 GB of internal memory and the ability to record high definition video.

Samsung is also expected to include a 4-inch Super AMOLED LCD touch screen and will feature near field communication (NFC)
technology. NFC technology allows the exchange of data between devices up to a distance of around four inches or less, and is used in things like car keys, hotel room keys and electronic IDs.

It is still not clear when Samsung will chose to unveil the device although some believe that the smartphone will be launched alongside Google's Android 2.3 in a few weeks time.
